Recently, the world's well-known commercial vehicle brand IVECO (IVECO) technical team took a special visit to Dongpeng Suspension to carry out in-depth technical verification of the front/rear axle nitrogen shock absorber of 4x4 models.  The special inspection focused on multi-dimensional operating condition testing and data calibration, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two sides in the field of special vehicle suspension systems.  

The technical team selected the comprehensive road surface of the test site as the test platform, and the system simulated 7 typical road conditions such as sine wave road, Belgian brick road, and gravel unpaved road.  Test data show that the nitrogen shock absorber developed by Dongpeng has excellent performance in dynamic adjustment of damping force value, and its stability exceeds expectations under extreme conditions.  

The development and tuning of shock absorbers show professional technical strength and rigorous working attitude.  This visit not only deepened the cooperation and exchanges between the two sides, but also laid a solid foundation for the further optimization and upgrading of Iveco 4×4 models, which is expected to bring better driving experience to consumers in the future
